Refund Policy

Payments for TheMedCoach are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles refunds.

Free trial first

Every new account has a free 3-day trial with full access, so you can judge the Service before paying.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Renewal payments may be refunded within 14 days of the renewal if the Service was not used during that period. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. You may also write to contact@themedcoach.com and we will arrange it.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the link in your receipt email. After cancellation no further payments are taken, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
